Mrs. Sandy Jolivette is beginning her 18th year in the field of education. During this time, she has served as a teacher, Assistant Principal, and Principal. She has also served as an Assistant Director and Acting Director at the district level before returning to her first love, working with students in the schools. Mrs. Jolivette received her Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Nicholls State University in Louisiana and her Master of Science in Educational Leadership degree from Samford University. Considering herself a lifelong learner, she returned to the University of West Alabama to earn her Education Specialist degree in Instructional Leadership. Mrs. Jolivette is currently enrolled in the Doctoral Program in Instructional Leadership at Samford University. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and travelling with her husband, Tellis and two children – Christopher, 12 and Sydney, 6.
